EMS Stroke Alert Tool

Developed through collaboration among EMS and stroke experts from OhioHealth, Mount Carmel Health, and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, this tool helps improve communication during stroke alerts by ensuring critical patient information, including last known well time and family/witness contact information, reaches the emergency department quickly.
