OHTrac is a State of Ohio tool for patient tracking used during any Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) or disaster situation for family reunification. Hospitals currently use OHTrac through the Surgenet website to input patients.

A phone App was designed specifically for pre-hospital EMS providers to allow patient tracking to begin at the scene. COTS is introducing the OHTrac App to EMS providers to make them aware of the capability and to determine if EMS has interest in using the App. EMS providers are not required to use the App only acknowledge that they were provided information regarding the OHTrac App and training materials, if you choose to use the App.

EMS providers please review the below OHTrac PowerPoints and complete the survey.
